2168 Demo v. 0.0.23 file

Demo version of the first 15 or so minutes of "2168" (I didn't actually time it but it is an approximation). I can't guarantee that everything is working so just give me a holler if something breaks for you (like, you know, the demo ending before actually getting to the game!).
