Eleventh alpha of the mod, making simpler to unite Germany.
To install, paste the file and folder inside the .zip to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts Of Iron IV/mod
(You don't need the other versions of the mod).
Changelog:
-Added french surrender event when at war with Prussia
-With that, the "South Friendship" and "End the War" focuses were removed from the prussian focus tree
-Changed prussian country color to be similar with Germany
-Added Ottoman Empire leader portrait
-Finally changed Russian ideology to Non-Aligned and added it's original leader
