VAStudios is preparing to launch into a small Alpha and then Larger Beta phase for its upcoming release on PC/Steam.
We are seeking someone that has experience, and/or the talent, to create a robust system for handling/sending out Alpha/Beta invites and assist with creating and setting up 'Studio-Wide' account system for users to log into and use.
We currently have a website online (listed) and phpbb forum; however we are willing to listen to all design plans using any system that can get the job done efficiently, effectively, and with low-to-no cost.
An ideal candidate would be able to work as a 'Hybrid' position; working in background systems; like account handling and testing systems... but also be able to handle more 'front-end' systems as well; like website design/creation. They should also be willing and able to become a lead community manager for the Studio.
This position qualifies for Profit Sharing on a monthly pay-out that fluctuates on the games monthly income reports between the rest of the Studio members. It's currently a small Studio; between just 6 qualified people that would be splitting the Profit Share; making it 7 total of one person can work both systems, or 8 if we need to also bring in someone to do the website.
In short; this posting is looking for someone that can bring 'Distribution Systems for Alpha/Beta Testing and Account Management' to our Game Studio. With a secondary role in Community Management and optional Website Systems/Design.
English written and spoke language is a must; please be tech savvy and within the Pacific to Eastern timezone; as weekly meetings are held at 8pm Central. You will be provided with a Studio Email Account via Google Business.
It's also fair to note that our entire Studio is based upon a 'Work it when you can' atmosphere in our spare time. We generally assign weekly/monthly goals; this is not a full-time position or Studio. We all work from various parts across the United States via Online/Remote Offices from Home.
