Minicore Studios was founded in February 2011 with one goal in mind: to make artfully-crafted games. Deep world-building, engaging narratives, intriguing characters, and tight gameplay -- all things we're very passionate about. Our first conceived title follows the fictional adventures of real-life space dog, Laika. The Stray series has the player exploring an alternate 1960s where Laika has returned from space with robotic armor and near-human intellect. She's driven to end the suffering of a group who show her kindness by confronting an oppressive imperialist regime that may have been responsible for leaving her to die in space. The first installment, The Sun at Night, is a 2D action/adventure game with a heavy narrative slant. The game is loaded with choices both gameplay and story-wise.
