While the team has undergone some changes over the years, the core hasn't changed and it remains committed to delivering high-quality games.
In 2021, I faced a difficult decision: to completely move on from Lunacy: Saint Rhodes. It was undoubtedly a challenging situation to let go of something I had created and worked on for so many years. However, circumstances and very bad conditions with publishers, including complications caused by COVID, made it necessary to take this path. Starting anew, I embarked on another passion project "In Vicinity of Sorrow", aiming to resurrect the essence of my previous vision.
While it saddens me that I won't have the opportunity to see Lunacy: Saint Rhodes come to life as I had envisioned, I am hopeful that "In Vicinity of Sorrow" will capture the true essence of horror that I have been relentlessly pursuing all these years. My goal is to create a genuinely terrifying experience that deeply connects with players, without resorting to cheap jumpscares or magic elements.
