Gnarled Scar Manipulations develops small-scale indie games within the Gnarled Scar universe. It is primarily the work of Ubisoft's Ethan James Petty, who has worked as a scriptwriter for games such as Watch_Dogs, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. He was also once known as "Hellbent Marstorious Deathspew, of the co-founders of 90s garage-gore developer Bloodlust Software.
