** Positions are [Profit Share] with contract. This role can be performed in part-time/spare hours. **

Talent Required:
Business Development Manager

Requirements:
+ Identify new gaming trends, business opportunities, and high potential partners.
+ Identify and assess new business opportunities that meet the strategic needs of Cold Furnace Studios.
+ Negotiate inbound/outbound licensing terms and conditions for enterprise software, platform technologies, intellectual property and professional services.
+ Structure, negotiate and close partnerships in order to meet or exceed objectives.
+ Able to consistently communicate in a professional mode, even under stress.
+ Thrive in semi-structured, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
+ Meet deadlines and deliver content.
