Cadenza Interactive is a small indie games studio dedicated to the craft of making engrossing games to play alone or with friends. We create the games that we'd want to play at LAN parties. With a trial work week in March 2007, it was decided that Cadenza could be a real thing. We set out to make Sol Survivor in 2008, with no prior experience and three core team members who quit their full-time work to dive headlong into games. A year and a half later, the team had expanded to include some part time contractors to finish Sol Survivor. On March 15th, 2010, we released Sol Survivor on Steam, and started dreaming up our next project. That project became Retrovirus, which has allowed Cadenza to expand to seven full time team members and move to a new studio in Tustin, CA. We've been working now for about two years on Retrovirus, putting our experience and expertise to the test.
