Still debating player control system... would you help us decide?

We are developing a new game PC exclusive.
Altough we started it for Android devices, it was imposible for us to make it run on that platform... we made a lot of different compilations and tested it on many devices with different Android versions but nothing seemed to work.
We hope to find and solve the issue in future projects.
Back to our new project, it will be an arcade game with some rpg elements (like gaining experience, level up, distribute points in attributes, buy/sell armors staffs posions and spells...)
Still we are debating what kind of control system the game will have.
We can leave the control system we made (really simple as it was programmed with Android on mind) and add a hotseat mode.
Or we can use the new system that is a lot far better for a more complex and fun gameplay... but with this system would be impossible to add a hotseat mode.
Another feature we want to add in this project is an online mode, we can't promise nothing yet... but is the final objective... make it online multiplayer.

Soon I will upload some sketch images about player control so you can help us decide wich one to keep.
