good folks at hecu collective what programs do they use to create a black mesa mod
Look in the ./bin file in your Black Mesa directory, and that's most of the programs they use
So you have remade Black Ops, Azure Sheep & Blue Shift...... What about remaking Opposing Force next?

Too early to ask that question.
Hey HECU Collective
Do you think you guys could release the M4 (or M16, idk) skin in the Black Ops mod as an independent mod? I'd kill for a working M4 mod for retail Black Mesa.
I just read this post :( Just not long ago I saw that someone posted such a mod for the game
Azure Sheep and BM HC After Distater HECU
There were no install instructions for Azure Sheep.
Should I install it in \common\Black Mesa\, or under \bms\ ?
Installation is the same as through the workshop. I can’t guarantee performance on a public beta version
1. Subscribe to the mod and wait till it’s downloaded
2. Move the mod files from "X:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\156730415" to into your "Black Mesa" game root directory
3. Launch the demo via launcher named "asheep.exe
-----------------------------------Attention------------------------------------------
If your antivirus has deleted the mod launcher (asheep.exe), you can create it yourself.
Simply create the bms.exe shortcut, click right mouse button on it, open “Properties”, and add “–game asheep” at the end of the “Target” field, so it would look like that:
"X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms.exe" -game asheep
I put both asheep.exe and the asheep dir under \Black Mesa\,
and the game starts to run, shows the HECU splash screen,
then the out-of-focus game scene, and then crashes to the
desktop. No menu shows.
