This is the first and probably last release I'll ever do on this. Just drop it on your Doom 3 folder, pick from the mods list and go.

do i need to copy the files into the base folder?
Sorry for the late reply. I believe you mean the Simple Widescreen mod for Doom 3? If so, you just need to drop it in the main Doom 3 directory, not in the base. Instructions provided in the included readme file too.
