A house made of obsidian? Must of been hard mining all that lava rock.
How to get obsidian easily when you have water and lava ?
Sorry, I am a bit new to this game, i want to make a portal :D
make a small frame to the ground for example from cobblestone, then remove every second block from the ground inside the frame and fill them with lava, then pour water in the frame, take it back to bucket and mine the obsidian.
Option B is to make a frame of the portal.
Make a 3x3 square on the ground, remove the middle block and put lava in it, then put water on the lava. That should give you an obsidian block.
Then make another 3x3 square, mine out the the middle block put lava in then put water on the top. Repeat until you have a high enough pillar for the gate. Repeat making the molds for every bit of the gate. If you do it right you will have a gate and you had no need to mine any obsidian.
not directly on the lava, just so it runs over it. my buddy has replaced his lava with water before :P
Hmmmms... not sure what this map has that would be worth using ALL that energy to click that download button ;)
looks like a lot of wasted time put to a small house...BUT I LIKE IT!!! :D
just one thing...could of used more cowbell! ;D
I also forgot to mention that I built a Bio-Cube. It's like a Biodome but its a cube. Making the dome was insanely hard. But yeah its a Nether Biome. :D
About install: It's the same in Vista.
