The new two World Powers Japan and Sovietunion with an neutral, fascist USA.
Japan conquered nearly all Allied countries while the USA became fascist because of Japan.
They are still neutral but Japan has Spies in the country for the final plan to destroy the Soviets but the Soviets have already conquered Europe with an communistic France, Greece, Italy and Arabia.
BUT there's one their fear:
Japans nuclear weaponry and the modern army.
The next problem is that Japan has a perfect organized party.
Decide on which side you want to fight
Maybe for Japan with it's endless manpower and massive nuclear weaponry
or
For the Communists with their colossal army,
however if they want to win they have to declare war in the next months because when the industry upgrade gets ready Japan has 1/5 more industry much more than the Soviets.
