Groovy SSG draw sound addon

Now whenever you pull out the SSG, wise words from a wise man will echo through the halls. There are two versions of the flac file, one is louder and one is quieter. The loud one is the default but can be easily swapped out for the quiet version by just renaming the draw.flac to something other than draw, and taking the (quiet) out of the quiet flac. The quiet sound is about the same volume as the draw sound itself, so it is pretty hard to hear under most circumstances.
