You can change that in the game config file
That is not the right way. If you change it in config file, it will affect all the monsters, the Enforcer meant it should affect only this particular entity.
To do that so it doesnt affect the sanity, at first you need to change entity type to something else than enemy. I am not sure but it should work for NPC type. Looking at it shouldnt drain sanity and it should still be animated. Than you just sript the right animation I think.
