To make your wife a companion in your army, go to your capital city, talk with your minister, tell your minister that you want him back in your party, answer as "my wife" when your minister asks who do you want to change him with as a new minister. Then talk with your minister wife, tell your wife that you want her back in your party, pick someone else to be a minister.
Boom, she is in your party. You can level up your wife, you can give weapons and armours to her. You can fight in battles side by side with your wife.
can you do anything else with your wife maybe something at night
There's actually a mod for that, but it was only a picture of a nude woman and various moaning sounds.
Im assuming you need to be a king to do that, since minister doesnt appear if you are just a lord.
