1.04 Custom Dungeons addon

These are the handmade dungeons 1.04 was supposed to have but they didn't quite make it in the installer package. You can install them by unpacking the zip under "My Documents\Rogue's Tale" so that when unpacked, the full path to the xml files is "My Documents\Rogue's Tale\data\dungeons".
