This game deserves great praise for several reasons. First off, it demonstrates that despite what AAA devolpers and publishers might have us believe, graphical advances are not necessary for better storytelling. This is sort of the 3D equivalent of such horror gems as After Dusk, Home, or Lone Survivor.

The basic gameplay is largely exploratory, though with a couple of slightly frustrating chase sequences. The scares are both of the unnerving psychological type, as well as some well done jump scares. Unlike in other short-form horror games, the atmosphere and presentation is so good that the jumpy bits never feel cheap, but are rather integrated into the story.

Overall, a very good horror game. Since you can't save, make sure you set aside about an hour give or take to play this one through.

Project Zomboid is all about atmosphere and offers a engaging gameplay. Add to this some incredible mods, constant updates and customer love from the great people at Indie Stone and you'll get a better idea about this masterpiece among survival games.

Bloody hard, but an excellent game nonetheless. Great metroidvania exploration and plenty of goodies to find. It's only let down by the awkward and sometimes confusing controls and strange movement limitations.

I gave this not because it's a bad game but rather to point out the obvoius, it's in alpha state and will only deserve a alpha score till till otherwise. The game itself gets me hyped about all the possiablilties, the future AI input, the combat, the constant struggle of survival, and just so much more (not to mention the thousands of mods being developed)...however this doesn't mean the current game is any where near those promises.

Buggy interfaces and gameplay controls gets a gamer confused on wether or not it's just the game or his own pc that's not able to run the game correctly.
Needs work but holds great potiential for the future.

Keep up the good work and lets all hope for the best. I can't wait till this game lets me give it a rateing of 11 out of 10

Nice puzzle platforming game with a gun similar to that of the Portal gun. The music and graphics feel like they were made in the SNES era which brought me a significant amount of nostalgia.

Just as expected from Frooxius; fantastic at what it does and the music is brilliant O.O
