AAA's would have been skyrim and shogun2.
Indies would have been... too many to mention, thanks humblebundle, indieroyale, desura/alphafunding and steam!

Yup! Haven't missed one yet, it was awesome since I've wanted but not gotten around to playing a lot of their games before, besides defcon which I enjoyed. Aquaria was a nice bonus too :D
Spent more on AAA, played more Indie I'd say.
me too lol. bought 2AAA games and a lot more indie, but when it comes down to the price AAA took most of my money :D
I think AA will always get more of my money, but recently I have gotten more and more into indie gaming since I have started doing it myself.
It's hard to spend more money on indie games than on AAA, as they cost 5-10 dollars oposed to 50-60.
Funny thing about this poll; You can buy a pile of indie games and STILL spend more money on the few choice AAA games you bought in the past year ;)
I think the poll meant, what amount of games you've purchased as opposed to the costs. Or I might be wrong. In either case, I still spent more on Indie games than AAA. Only bought Skyrim this year. Wanted to buy Rage, but I kinda pulled back from that after seeing the weird graphical stuff it does. On the other hand, I grabbed about 15 indie games at least, for which I paid quite a bit in bundles.
