Wait, did I sleep for an entire day? Or is it realy monday not tuesday? D: *shocked*
So to the video: The animation is very nice and I love the things this can add to the gameplay, if done right. But I think until now I can not see any reason why I should think, that you will not try to do it as good as possible. Currently it looks like you are trying to do a perfect game, but, to say the truth, I start to be a bit scared about if overgrowth ever will be finished or if you will take the next 3 years with so many (imo great and somehow neat) details and then see: we can do xyz at the graphics much much better now, so why shouldn't we do it, so that it again will take 2 or 3 bonus years, in which you will find many nice optimisations again which also will take much time.
Do not get it right, I love what you do and see what you do, but slowly I get a bit scared that you never will be satisfied with your own work enough to release the game and so never will get enough rewards for the years of great work.

However you can see the progress they make every week. The guys over at Wolfire are very switched on, I wouldn't be so worried about it.

They released the alpha, so it's kind of a game, see it like a game with patch every week, that's pretty cool looking this way. And as always, great freakin' vid'.

Cooool.
Like ponpat said, it's a little bit worrying when you spend a week on fun details, that perhaps aren't part of the core game. But I think as long as you guys implement it in clever ways, you'll be adding enough value to make it more than worth it.
This stealth choke and body dragging is interesting on its own, but I would really really like to see what happens when you put it into enemy AI, and perhaps allow pulling around of not only bodies, but other elements. Would really explode the opportunities for this.

Stealth yes! That's freaking awesome. I also love the non-lethal option.

Hell yeah! Chokehold is one of the most dangerous ways to be held. I'm learning Ju-Jitsu, and this is one of the main things I have learned. Others have tried this on me... This is one of the last things you would want to feel before you die.

This is an interesting and funny upgrade. Mmm, I have an idea, well in stealth mode maybe you can shutdown the enemies:

killing or only fainting. I like when is killing, but if is in the case of capture a bunny, why not implement a kind of method for immobilize the bunny and then escape with him, but if another bunny find his friend tied, he will liberate him.

I dont know, but this upgrade I like it, use non-lethal fight vs lethal fight, maybe the non-lethal will work for character less powerful, not at all can kill by the physic and those things.

Congrats for this idea, I love it, thumbs up for all the lovers (and killers) of bunnies. (^u^)
