Which version are you using ?
Original or pirated ? (I use pirate :P)
try looking at the gamerprofile.xml, I've put the location on the previous picture, take a look there if you want :D

It was fixed on the pirate version at almost the same time :P
But, incase you want to fix other things and don't like the slider range, you can still use that trick.
Also, keep in mind you can find the crappy smoothness settings there :D

To change FOV, Aiming settings and many other settings:
Simply go to: C:\Users*your user*\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4 and open with anything that can open (like notepad or anything) and find the "FOVScaleFactor" and change its value from 1 to any between 1 and 2 (you can add more, but it will be super glitchy)
You can also find there toggleable options that are not included in the game itself, such as "TreeTessellationLevel" and other smothness settings.

Get a Ki-10 maxed out, remove the gun, fly above the ring, don't need to fly right throught it, stay close to the inside as much as possible and then hold wep until you hear your engine whine and sputter, then releease quickly then re-wep and use the ailerons for sharp turns. :D
