i was going for full on root motion but i like control of player so its half and half.

as you can see ik is set-up so his feet will be proper

The best way to learn to make games is make a game, I would go with unity it's what i use I knew nothing about anything Downloaded it 2013 started doing every tut they had a year later i was happy i did Atm im working on my first full game been at it part time for 17 months wouldnt have done it any other way.

will randomly do hits...and also has a 4 hit combo.

there 2 types of ground enemies

one that soon as he sees you will move in for the kill and call back up.
one will run for help right away lol. but if attacked will fight to the death or til he has a chance to run.

the ranged enemies will stay out of your range as much as possible and do their thing.

flying is basically the same as ground but they fly. and have much better sight and the ability to fly high up to regain health.

you can hide from enemies in dark areas, or behind stuff like tress or big bushes.

yes the sphere on his head is weak point.

Still working on it. Atm I'm doing gui..i suck at art lol, but it dont look to shabby. The Mini map looks okay but what should it be showing..im not to sure should i make it just show the ground or add other things like tree's and what not?

Your enemy health bar is kinda to much, i would put a team health bar instead of just a bunch on screen all at once.
