Awesome as always! Also, the thing about the reversing of the ship's engines is false information with many still believing it and you are true that she would have lost all maneuverability if they did so. Though some still argue that it would have been better if the ship hit the iceberg head on, but at those speeds, I doubt it would have made any difference.

Keep the awesome work coming mate. Now matter how long, it is always lovely to see an update from you.

I really miss total conversions as well... Though, nowadays, with all these free engines roaming around, most teams really think if they should put the energy to total converting a game or making a new game (and maybe profit) altogether.

I have noticed that everytime you give karma to a comment, the page automatically scrolls to the top, rather than staying where it is. Same with editing (editing and replying doesn't work at all it seems). Other than that I am still using the v.5 continuously for the past months without any real issues.

One of my two most anticipated HL1 mods released (this and RainFall)? Wow. I was away for far too long. I am not even sure if I am commenting on the right article, I had like a ton of updates from this mod! Congrats for releasing this masterpiece and congrats for your newborn son! I am extremely happy that he made it through without any problems or complications. And what a nice thing of you to try and help the wonderful people there at the hospital. Most people just say to the doctors a 'Thank you' and move on, without realizing what a miracle they just did.

I wish you and your family good health and I will play this bad boy as soon as I have the time. Congrats again and hopefully we will see something new and as exciting from you in the future ;)

Reminds me of the beloved Office Complex chapter in HL. Well done though if you are going to keep the main lights on, this whole area must be a lot brighter. A good idea would be to have them off and lit the whole place with some bright, red light(s), the lamp light's and the vending machine light's.

Well, actually, I do like the lighting. After all, Black Mesa went through the Resonance Cascade and everything works on low power. What I would like to see is some more red lights and more destruction and/or some sand bags and dead soldiers.

As a developer, I understand what you are saying and what you are feeling 101% . We can't help it, we all feel like this at some point, as much as we love our projects. Pressure and demand sometimes is just too much, for something we do in our free time and out of sheer love. Sometimes, we get distracted by something else. Sometimes, we just have too much stress in real life to deal with the virtual life's stress as well. And sometimes, we are just tired and want a (creative) break. I just took mine, I was away from ModDB and development for the past 7 months. So trust me if I say we get you. Just take your time and do what you love and fills you with joy, rather than stress. And we will be here once you get back, if you get back. You never know. As someone else above me said, HL fans have learned to wait :) .

Since you have the rifle, I assume you have entered the police station grounds. In the area you first encounter the police officers, check for a door which is broken down. It will lead to you to an office, with a key on the wall. This will let you enter the police station ;) .
