About the Project:
This idea came to me a couple of months ago when I heard of Dismounted Soldier, software developed for the US Military by RealtimeImmersive, . Now you might be thinking, why can't you just get your hands on a copy of that simulator? You cannot because it was developed exclusively for the military, and it cost the US Military $57 million to develop.
We are planning developing a simulator similar to RealtimeImmersive's Dismounted Soldier, and I'm here to recruit talented developers here on moddb.com
The main focus of this game will be on creating the most realistic first-person military simulator ever seen. Players will be thrown into vast, photo-realistic landscapes, where they will face not only the threat of hidden enemies, but the threat of the unpredictable desert weather. Players will have to face many obstacles in the way of their objectives, from their enemies and the environment. The focus of the game will be on realism, and we hope to create the most realistic FPS ever created.

Fully customizable weapons system

Very complex character creation system
Custom attachment and camouflage editors
Realistic first-person shooter, military simulator
Possibly some survival elements
Targeted towards 18+ audience, as the game will contain graphic violence
Those interested in the FPS genre
Possibly real-life military organizations (pretty ambitious, right? )
Our Goals for this Project:
-Developing a highly realistic military simulator
-Accurate 3D models
-A great realistic gaming experience
You must be 17, or older. There is the possibility that exceptions can be made for those who wish to join but are under 17, depending on your skills.
You must have detailed examples of your work readily available, so that we can be certain that you will be a useful team member.
Skype is a must-have, our team will be conversing about the project quite actively.
You must be a VERY active member! Meaning you are online frequently, and you are able to dedicate a fair-sized portion of your days to work on the project.
