I removed all 4 flags and changed the game mode to onslaught under gme properties.
There is Nothing remaimig there to do with ctf4

Subjective.
I still like winmugen over 1.0.
But that's my opinion.
Mugen 1 is apparently more stable, and better graphics, but I like the simplicity of winmugen.

You need OSM mode.
It's all in the read me notepad file.
Also ignore 1custom1. It's provably just a missing texture, wich will not affect the gameplay. I played this map not 2 days ago and it worked fine.
I'm going to run editor to see what's missing, but meanwhile download super Ape's monsta tools which is what you need to play this map.
Also if it still doesn't work, it must be something at your end.

Actually isn't. It only has two files that require the game, which I don't have.

Last update, screen no longer stretches or go proper full screen, half of the skirmish screen is missing somewhere underneath my desktop, and so cannot press launch or main menu buttons.

I tried all settings to no avail. Have to go micro word, 640X820 or so, and barely define what it says.
