If i remember correctly, there was a very minor crossover (symbols, etc.) between the two in Naruto's last chapter and the corresponding One Piece chapter.

Asalam o Alaykum! My name is Sohair. I'm an avid gamer, a computer science major and an aspiring game developer from Pakistan.
