Colin Tremingway is just some pretentious nickname to sound exotic and foreign. As of June 2011, I've been arranging tracks for 2 years, off and on for an indie game development endeavor with my friends, so most of my tracks will have certain themes with them to fit into video games. Heavily influenced by visual novels, Japanese music and music-oriented games. Somewhat influenced by popular Western music as well, but I'm generally a hipster who likes artists and performers who have a big fanbase but aren't exactly household names. Currently the principal audio producer for Innomen Productions, and generally also an idea guy who wants to work for video games. Knows very little art, even less programming, and is a writing hipster.

This game is going to be as is. We're planning sequels, though.

I haven't really gotten into playing roguelikes, but personally, if you want a space roguelike, a 3D environment is kind of a must-have, and then again, it's hard to come up with anything original with games like Freelancer or Space Engine (or.. well.. 0x10c).

Right now, we don't have all the resources we'd like to be able to make a 3D environment for space.

The closest concept we have to a semi-sandbox and highly replayable game experience is a top-down 2D RTS version of this game with all preset ship hulls being customizable and controllable in-game, catering to people who would want to play a multiplayer RTS using, say,
Earth Alliance Hunter frigates (the most common, green ally) decked out to the brim with missile launchers or CIWS,
or maybe the Ares Confederation Hellespont destroyers (the drone carrier ship) being refitted for heavy assault instead of support.
