I don't know why, but this version of Interdictor reminds me of some of the Vasari ships from Sins of Solar empire. Maybe because of how the armor is broken up? Still a great looking model from Doci.

I think the effect makes the plating in the helmet stand out more, and goes away from the more stylized art style of SWOTR. Personally I like it.

If the beam pentrates a target like that, will it still do damage to other targets? Or can the engine not handle that?

I like it. The top hull/carapace reminds me of a beetle. Any idea on price? Like more than a Crusader or are we talking cruiser pricing for a superheavy gunship?
