The Recon "perk" is not ninja from CoD and having perks killing off each others' features is annoying for both users. I, for one, don't want to put points into something because I am forced by the game to achieve success in my style, although that might be just me.

The end result is the same whether you download the game or not, if you don't buy it. The difference? You have less fun. They do not gain anything from you not downloading the game because you won't buy it anytime soon, anyway.

Piracy is a way of showing off that you are not partly disappointed in a product/game.
It's the only weapon a player - a customer - has against the sovereignty of the developer - assuming that the player does indeed want to play the game.

It's good, but I am not impressed. It takes more than fancy graphics, effects and an intereting control concept with no real impact on gameplay to create a really good game.

The MGs feel so accurate even without the bipods AND even when shot fully automatically. Shouldn't the accuracy drop after shorter bursts?

Yes. It is one thing that it looks like an exact copy with little additions, but he does not even give ElastoMania credit for the concept.

The goomba stomping I do not like. The slow grenade - is that it? - will surely make some maps hell, although my main class was spy anyway, so it's fine by me. I like that 3-laser trap a lot, since it is based on what this game is the best at, movement.

Not to complain, but why does the context menu appear on right-click?
If you'd give a static position for the tooltip (so it would appear at the same place for every item), you could display the context menu right on the item when you position the mouse over it. It would be much faster.

It looks too smooth on many places - I mean, it could at least look like if someone worked on it to shape it like that at the front of the barrel and the bag where the metal wires lead.

Bad boning, I'd say.
Now, that sounded wrong on many levels, but I mean it. it's like if only the upper segment of the neck had been repositioned, instead of pulling at the neck from behind to form a curve.
