Wild that Galactic Civil War has been deleted but this page stays up lol

Absolutely love the idea. Had a wonderful time at Galaxy’s Edge and reliving that through any game would be fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t have any modding skills to offer but I hope some people come along!

Any chance you guys will clean up the first person animations? They're pretty rough. Other than that, this looks fantastic!

The animations suck but other than that it's a fun little game. Hoping the creator improves t a bunch because it's still in alpha

Needs much better animations, but everything else is actually really well done. Looking forward to seeing how this improves down the line.

Alright, so honestly? This isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The only thing that's pretty blatantly bad is the animations. They're simply awful.

BUT!

The maps are cool, the visuals are pretty decent, the mechanics are well-designed. This would be a pretty spectacular Star Wars indie game if the animations weren't so atrocious.

Going to go ahead and assume you didn't look at everything they're putting into this one.

I'll go ahead and sum it up here:

Classes
More dynamic space battles
Prequel, Original, and Sequel trilogy eras
Single-player campaign
More in-depth splitscreen options
In-depth weapon, trooper, vehicle, and hero customization
3x more content than the first game at launch.

Granted, this is everything that should have been in the first game, but it's obvious at this point that their intention was to test the waters with the first game and really pull out the stops with this one.

The new Battlefront 2's campaign is going to be focused on that exact thing.

First-person animations and model arm placement is wonky. Otherwise it looks pretty darn good.

The Trade Federation Battleship scenario is GORGEOUS! Where can I find others? The trailers made it look like there were a few already finished but all I have is the TFB one.

You know the rebels didn't use EL-16 rifles right? They used A280 rifles. EL-16 rifles are from The Force Awakens

Alright man, I've just got to say that this is the most solid and creative mod for SWBF2 right now. The campaign alone is genius, and the voice acting is surprisingly good. My only complaint is that it might be a bit too difficult, particularly the part where you have to defend the cargo room. I get swarmed in seconds and they take the CP before I can even respawn. But other than that, simply incredible. The extra life pickups, the new sound effects and models, just everything. Super super high quality stuff. Looking forward to more from you dude. :)

Overall - 9/10, only because I've yet to beat the campaign. Maybe I just need to get gud lol.

It appears Frontwire got in trouble with ModDB, or maybe even Disney, and the plug has been pulled. To be fair, they were using borrowed assets and I guess that violated someone's terms of service. Anyway, Galaxy in Turmoil has been shut down :(

Dude, I'm in love with TORfront, it seriously feels like I'm playing a third-person shooter version of SWTOR. The maps are incredible, and the actual soundtrack in the background, not to mention abilities (with their correct icons!) from the game, are awesome touches. I can't WAIT to see what else you come up with for this :D
