Amnesia- The Dark Descent blog - purdygirl

Being the really slow person that I am I heard of Amnesia - The Dark Descent a while back and wanted to play it but never really went out of my way to buy it and start playing it. Recently I went shopping with my father and while he looked for parts to finish building his own computer I looked through some PC games and found a copy of the game. Later that day I went home did a little more research on it then proceeded to Steam and downloaded the game. At first the graphics didn't work but after a little poking  around on my laptop I managed to update my graphics card and play. So my opinion? This game is self inflicted torture... but IT'S SO FUN. I'm still not too far into the game and can only play it for 30 minutes or so at a time. I'm hoping to be able to finish it before my work load becomes too demanding for the spare time needed to play but I did download the Justine update and the Abduction mod for future game play.
