Could this be made compatible with BFG Edition? I have the BFG Edition from GOG, and would very much like to add the muzzle flash back into the game.

This game really shouldn't have tried to go the moba route, it was so much better as an rts. Would be great to see it return as a non-mmo rts, I think it would have a great campaign

I would activate the Steam key, but I fear the game will automatically launch from Steam once I do - when I don't want to use Steam.

This is a great game, despite it's currently unfinished state - it's a work in progress. However, I don't understand why Steam games are being sold through Desura. Just buy it from Steam, don't support this trend of selling Steam games through other services. It's pointless to buy from other sources anyway since you will need Steam regardless of where you buy. Do buy it though, it was worth the $20 even in its alpha/beta state - buy it from Steam, though.

Does it go by the same title?

Will this only be on Windows, or are there plans for other operating systems?

Did they get that mech from Robotech, or did Robotech get it from Battletech?

I will be sure to do that. Though, there really isn't much to the idea. I had thought someone could place blocks to construct a vehicle, and then drive/pilot whatever the creation was. How the game would recognize the blocks, and shapes, as a vehicle I did not think of.

Is it possible to build custom, fully functioning vehicles?

I think there is a very slim chance of that happening. Any updates -from alpha to the finished product, especially the big ones would render your previous save files obsolete and, therefore incompatible. Don't let this stop you from purchasing, though.

Look up a game called, "Populous." You can, actually, find it on the GOG website.

The controls feel so unnatural, to me. Despite this, I think the game is quite interesting; however, I think it is better suited for a mobile device (such as the ipad). I'm sure if I give it time I, may, get used to the controls, on pc.

I did not know they are going to limit the game to a single base. That kind of sucks. I wonder if that means the game will feature a linear story? I will have to do more research, on the subject. Xenonauts is my first experience with an X-Com styled game, and I was hoping the new, original, game would share more similarities. :P

Playing, only, the demo reminded me of a game I used to play on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Pilot Wings was one of my favorite games for that console. I only wish I could modify the controls, specifically to utilize my joystick. Otherwise, the game seems quite fun. Perhaps the game should be expanded to include more areas of interest? I seem to like it, so far.

I have this game on Steam. It certainly needs more people playing. With real people playing, the game is very fun and I find myself going on for several hours longer than I planned. A lot of people need to buy this game. The more people it has, the funner it is.

I didn't think much of this game, until I found out it was a text-based game. Especially since I recently came up with my own idea for such a game. Although I am unable to produce it myself at this time. I hope this game does very well.

I couldn't try any of the offensive vehicles, it stated that they weren't in the demo. I think the car handling needs to be fixed. Although, having a key designed to make the vehicle handle that way might be fun. :P

Why does this game require steam? Is that due to the Source engine?

I appear to be having trouble when attempting to run the game on my desktop. The game window appears to be so tall that I can't move it down and attempt to rescale it. In addition, I cannot interact with anything other than my keyboard, that I have to use to exit the game. I do want to enjoy this game. I especially like the concept/idea.

Is there somewhere (in your forums, perhaps) where I can find what you have planned to implement in future releases? What is the priority? etc. so that I might see what will be added to the game.

And possibly make suggestions accordingly, if you encorouge/support that of course?
