NVidia because until the HBM cards release, at the price points I care about (AMD's 290X/NVidia's 970), NVidia dominates in price vs performance. Also, NVidia is, as far as I can tell, looking at 3D memory after Pascal's adoption of HBM with Volta. AMD hasn't made any commitment to shifting from 2.5D to 3D - though for all we know, they could both be just as close, so this is a very tenuous reason.

Haha, not right now! We have a really strong team going (as much as only two of us are on IndieDB right now). Though you can always PM your CV to us and if if we are impressed, you never know! At this point we are really looking at intern-style people where they can bring something to the project and we can also teach them a thing or two.

Glad to hear you like the sound of the concept! Shouldn't be too long before the blogs are talking about gameplay we've implemented. :D Shouldn't be too long at all.

At this point, you could ask for help on the forums, at www.seedofandromeda.com/community/,, or wait it out for 0.2.0 - we have fixed a TON of issues with the game for that update!

Currently our focus in on producing rich content in the starting star system (it won't be the Solar System, however!), with an (optional) story arc that will give you a really awesome experience of that star system. That said, in the future, with the sandbox mode, we would like to offer as fun an experience as possible and part of that is in options for you. As part of the story arc we are currently planning, there may well be need for us to introduce a larger scope of exploration (i.e. multiple star systems), and even if not, you will probably see it anyway due to how requested it is and also the fact that our generation system should handle it anyway.

The game isn't too graphically intense if you turn settings down! We should hopefully have even better performance for you in future updates. :)

This game is looking great, and yes I did just post in order to have the first comment. Though yeah, do love the look of this game, the devs are putting a tonne into it!
