For one... check their twitter feed. Their forum has info as to why there hasn't been updates, as well as having links that (unless i read wrong) can fix the mod for you. People apparently still play this.

Check their website. The mod's far from dead.

This is my first mod that I've attempted to release, so I'm not 100% sure. I've been building the maps using the ep2's assets, so i assume that's all you'd need, but i could be wrong and you might need HL2 and ep1 as well. I don't THINK you do, but it's a possibility. Then again, there's the Source SDK base tools you can download for free, so it's possible you could just download that. I'll definitely have to make sure everything's in order for a release.

I don't think it's too big. It was just the right amount to get all the story in, add sidequests, have replayability, and it let us really get to know all the characters in the story. You REALLY did a good job with this.

It's not like they can't play both...

At least, that's what I'd be doing.

Speaking of voice actors. Have you had that group of people do lines for the future chapters as well? You know, in case in the future when they are needed but not available because of future unforeseen conflicts in schedule/interest where they wouldn't be voicing the rest of their character's lines.

Considering these maps were of one of, if not the highest quality of maps and models in the Source Engine, it's so sad to see this abruptly end when we were all given the impression that things were going fine. It's just so... sudden. Shame something like this is going to be scrapped.

Looking good. The redesign is looking fantastic so far, even though it's still early progress. Keep it up!

That's... sad. You were doing so well with your progress and now you've been set back a long time. I know you'll pick yourself back up though, and your maps are going to look even better when they are rebuilt.

That's a good attitude. I'd rather play something you spent quality time on and polished until you yourself thought it was complete, than a more rushed release that's "just to get it done"

I did the same. I still got a good taste of what it was going to look like in that little intro anyway, and I'm satisfied with that. Chapter 1 is going to be amazing.
