I did as much as I could for the mod including making my own map, running tournaments, and other odds and ends. Recently, I have been promoted to "Smokin' Guns dev member" which roughly translates to "I love this game."

hey pardner, im not sure if you know me my name is threecee. ive been playing smokin guns for bout 5 months now and love it. however i want to upgrade to the 1.1b4 version and dont know if im doing it right. i downloaded the files but dont know what to do from there. i extracted all files to where it wanted to send them wich was my documents/downloads but i notice no difference in the game. did i do this right and is there something else i should do. ive looked at many forums and cant find a simple explanation anywhere. pls help me to upgrade to the newer version. or send me to a page that will explain how to do it pls. ty and sorry to bother you with such a silly question.

Howdy back. Odd coincidence 'eh. I've been using variants of Mattman as my usernames since I started using the net. Added "dude" to it a few years back.
Anywho, I've been playing SG since the week it came out (way back when)and I absolutely love it. Nice to see a decent Western-themed game, as there aren't too many. I figured that it was time I got a little more active with the game's community so I'm making friends with some of its players here on ModDb... including you! Hope to see you in-game sometime.
