IKR, nothing about this even reminds me of Fallout 3, other than the fact its made by Bethesda. Fallout 3 was good anyway, much better than Oblivion, well, that's my opinion, I would rather them make another Fallout than an Elder Scrolls game, but hey, that's just me.

yes but come on, consoles deserve to get something good once in a while, i mean, we got tons of mods for all our games, they dont, plus we have a hell of a lot more exclusives than they do, so one game here and there isnt so bad, unfortunately it was Call of Duty 3, but its not so bad.

it just makes good atmosphere, and its the way i prefer the game, i know its not fallout, i dont want it to be, and yes i know in real life its not all dark and ****, im just saying, it looks much much better that way, and seriously there are way to many sunny pictures, also maybe a small add on that takes away the nice sunny days would be cool for people such as myself?
