Whoa, seriously guys ! Never even saw that. He's like an alternate 300 lb. dead ringer that got his sorry *** divorced by Alyx 'cause of a paralyzing case of performance anxiety and erectile dysfunction as a result of his epic failures in this 'verse. Now every day, he's kicking himself in the *** for not taking the G-man's job offer when he had the chance. :) ( and tell me that the little guy isn't a twin of that HL2 NPC. Id say he also looks more like one of the fat security guards of opposing force
