When will v0.7 be available on Desura?

Having a problem when the game launches. I've a 1920x1080 screen, however I can only see the top left part of the screen. The remainder can not be seen as it is off-screen so to speak. It is like it is totally off centre.

Is there a way to set the screen parameters like a windowed mode instead of full screen?

Bit disappointed Desura only has version 7.51 for download. Would have thought Desura would have jumped up to version 7.52 by now. Getdeb.net has version 7.52, and the Fedora repositories have 7.53. Hopefully 7.53 will hit Desura soon.
