My.FlightMemory.com and FlightDiary.net. I love those sites, they help me keeping track of my flights and update my banners accordingly. Flight Diary even has a Facebook option that enables the site to post links to flightradar24.com on my timeline, allowing my friends to check me out in the sky whenever I fly!
As you can see, those sites report different values when it comes to duration and distance. They probably use different coordinates and estimations. How often do you fly? A while ago I posted a poll on HLP and got interesting results.
Sometimes I use Open Flights, but my list there may not be up to date.

@openflights Please make importing flights from Flight Memory easier, the importer needs a trick to exclude previously accounted flights

I noticed you too admired Da Vinci, out of disappointment and at finding no group related to him I made my own, its currently awaiting authorization but I thought to let you know.
