Hey! Thanks for being with us since the beginning. :) We're going to do our absolute best not to let you guys down!
Hey everyone,
I should also like to remind that we've done another Dev Blog quite recently.
Epochgames.co.uk
Give it a read if you haven't.
Thanks and enjoy the new Article that just went up, too! :)
Thanks! :) Won't need to wait too long before you see another one. ;)
Hey :) It's the result of the AA and Supersampling. The screenshots were taken from x3 the standard 1920x1080 resolution then scaling it down to 1080p. This is what I was told.
Thank you kindly. We're excited to share more soon. :) Have yourself a cheerful Christmas!
The team will do the best they can to improve things further in the town, but with respect to performance. We really don't want to go overboard and promise visuals that'll break performance further down the line :P
We've got lots of work to do yet, so we'll see!
Thanks for sticking with us during development and keep an eye peeled for more soon ;) Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas. :)
Thank you for the compliment. :) We aim to find a good balance with equipment slots and how they can be expanded to meet necessary needs both in gameplay and realistically speaking. You certainly won't be getting anything near an army's worth of equipment that's FOR SURE! :P
Agreed. Also I can certainly say though, with the provided upsides of what we're currently trying to do with the body set armors. We're aiming to provide the best of that.
We hope it won't be too long before we get to show you what we're working on in that department. Thanks for the feedback!
I like the helmet, too (why wouldn't I?). Are those Thenodrim soldiers!? *shrugs innocently* Oh, I wouldn't have an answer for that.. Glad you like what you see. :P
Hope everyone had/is having a wonderful Father's day. If not, we got you covered! ;)
Hello, all. If you come here often you may have immediately noticed the NEW DB layout! Thanks again goes to BarbasTheDog and the DB team for helping us get this working! Enjoy the new Layout. ;)
Thank you. :) We'll make it the best we can for you guys!
Greetings, fans! Although there's not much information for you towards any kind of new update yet; There is a new Blog Site to reveal that MEB spent quite some time creating & making it look fancy! Epochgames.co.uk Take a ponder if you'd like! ;)
Oh, and additionally you may see some update information on there every once in a while. It'll probably sneak it's way to the comments here too, though. :)
Congratulations in your epic announcement as well for you getting well back into hard development shortly! Looking very forward to all in which you'll provide in the coming future. ;) Happy New Year!
Nice to see the enthusiasm. :) There's still more in the works. When they're ready, we'll bring forth another great update! -- Just don't expect it TOO soon. :P
So does your hat. :P
But really, thank you all.
That's an issue that occurs when anyone uses a monitor that's generally smaller than 1080p. Or if the browser isn't stretched to fullscreen. I'll see if Barbas has a fix for this. ;)
There already is an option to donate. There's a clicker-box for it on the Althas F.A.Q. article, and you may visit our website and there's a donation sidebar. (Not our forum site). ;)
Hey, thank you very much for the support. Likewise, we're grateful!
Without making the promise of a consistent news update schedule, it would seem appropriate of me at this point to say that things have changed pace and are starting to pick up due to the encouragement of the Indie of the Year awards.(Again, I'd like to reiterate a say of thanks for the support we've gotten! We didn't foresee such results so early in development).
We're also going to be shaking things up shortly in the coming weeks. ;) So stay tuned..
Hey, thanks for the vote! Oh, I think we might next year. ;)
The plan right now is to release it free. However we do accept donations for licencing and other expenses.
It's great to see that you're so excited and willing for the game. :)
To convince you of a totally living world, there's a lot of information the lore can provide. I'm sure through actually playing it, and experiencing the true game's nature. Many names you will come to learn and feel more complimentary to the world. That's my thinking, that is. I do understand, though. It's not easy to remember all the names by memory just off the lore posts. :P
Hey again, hope you all got to read up and found the latest Lore post enticing. :D I think it's worth the mention that you may vote for us for the upcoming IotY awards if you have a thing for us. :P We're rather late to the party, though. So there's no expectations for making the top 100 this year. But it's more sentimental to us if you do. :)
Thanks for sticking around!
DLC was planned months ago(supposedly), but that's how DLC gets planned at Electronic Arts, too. (Well, probably. They're EA. :P)
I read this on a forum post a while back, a guy had inside information on this Middle Earth title and so far the post is correct. Not much else that the post describes that'd be useful here on out, though.
but, I will say the game caught my attention, just not my interest quite yet.
I read rumors that there's already planned DLC. Whether it's true is yet to be seen, of course. But I wouldn't be caught in surprise, as it's all to do with Warner Brothers.
Excellent. :) Keep a watchful eye for any other upcoming news!
Please, feel free to leave as many suggestions as you'd like, it contributes a lot. :)
Sure is! Can't wait to read up on these ideas. ;)
Pictures won't be accompanying these particular posts across the next few days, these are mainly to feast you with information. Personally, I enjoyed the treat. ;) But have no fear, more coming soon!
