Was an important legal case in American history that led to a good deal of tensions in Florida. Were we still operating we'd be covering Black Lives Matter, the Milwaukee riots etc. Nothing racist about that.

Doubtful, the (accurate) representation of slavery in early scenarios and the inclusion of islamic radicals in modern scenarios are much more likely to be the cause. With that said they didn't provide us with concrete examples and we certainly didn't go out of our ways to make racist content. Seems like an abuse of the term from an overtly sensitive Swedish corporation.

The original creator left in mid-2014, tried to transfer development to a community-based team. Didn't work and the latest version actually was made worse by them. Then he gave it to another guy because he had experience and skills but he made a right mess out of it too and tried to monetise the process and now here we are. I worked with him a bit in 2014 but I was unavailable until a little while ago.

Yes there's both the Commonwealth organisation and the British Commonwealth nation.

The British Commonwealth is another form-able union in the decolonisation period. It's far more inclusive than the federation but harder to manage as well.

2. If I recall right British culture's been split up into its constituent cultures, the presence of British pops is a quirk we'll be fixing.

3. Assuming you can get enough English bureaucrats to migrate there yes.

Also remember the British Federation is a more imperialistic answer to post-war decolonisation, it's focused on consolidating the white British colonies. You'll have an easier time with India and the like if you form the British Commonwealth instead.

Remember this requires both Heart of Darkness and House Divided.
