I'm a Game Director, an industry vet of 17 years. Most notable titles i've worked on are Silent Hill games including the award winning Shattered Memories.

I'm currently working in a small team of 5 guys in a new start-up called Freejam. Our new game is Robocraft which we're trying to develop using a new model called 'Lean Startup'.

We're trying to create the product organically with the community and developing features, content, and a business model that is designed to suit the community that is attracted to the product.

We call this user collaboration 'Jamming' this the name Freejam.
