Hi Double Fine,
It is great to see you on Desura. Is there a way for Humble Double Fine Bundle owners to get Desura keys for your games?
Best regards,
Hi Double Fine,
It is great to see you on Desura. Is there a way for Humble Double Fine Bundle owners to get Desura keys for your games?
Best regards,
After latest update (1.4.5) game does work fine on Linux with Desura client for the first time. Thanks for that!
Oh my GOD!
Testing it right away.
Sorry, it is just too scary for me...
It looks like the great game for the horror fans :D
What is going on with the Linux Update? Some new features?
Well, the Desura version has some minor technical issues (pointed below), which prevent it to work out of box for Linux users. I am still waiting for response from developers if they are going to fix this.
Anyway game is DRM free and after buying it, you can just download tar.gz archive from this page, unpack it and run game. The game itself is great.
You are right. Files do not have spaces, but Desura command to run them still has:
Imageshack.us
Also in my situation it would not start anyway, because files were not marked as executable.
Thanks for the interest in this issue. The game is great and it contrasts a lot with those minor technical issues, so I really hope, that you can sort them out.
For Linux:
There is now desura_launch_Play.sh file and default launch path include spacebar in the name of the file so I am unable to run it frought Desurium client. Also files ExpeditionsConquistador.x86 and ExpeditionsConquistador.x86_64 are not marked as executable by default.
The game is great, but those minor technical issues make me fill like developers do not care about clients. Please fix it.
Every time I start Desurium on Ubuntu 12.04 64bit it claims that Ensign-1 is not install and I need to install it every single time :(
Backslash before space would do just fine too.
It is weird to see game developers constantly doing that type of basic mistakes...
Linux is case sensitive. The executive is "projectzomboid.sh", while Desura try to start "ProjectZomboid.sh" and fails. You should probably fix that.
Great! I will try it out today.
One can see that you put a lot of heart in the game and it is very enjoyable.
The buying of your game get even higher priority to me then new Humble Bundle.
I hope that you will be able to continue game developing, this time with higher budget.
Best regards,
Hi!
I just bought the game on 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04 using Desurium.
When I try to run a game, I got following error:
Imageshack.us
the path to game executable is:
/home/makson/.desura/ games/salvation-prophecy/build/release /SalvationProphecy
(need to add spaces because desura do not accept to long words)
If I double click executable, the game works fine. Great game, by the way. Marked as 10/10.
Great game.
I didn't even noticed before, that it appear for Linux on Desura. You should give some attention to the promotion - writing news would be great.
Best regards
You should also make the game visible for people who browse 64 bit Linux. It should work on this platform, because it is compatible with 32 binaries.
Nice.
First Dominion 3 debiut, now TripleA update. It looks like it is good time for turned based strategies.
The source should build on Debian 6. If it doesn't feel free to post Issue on GitHub page.
Why this game don't appear here: Indiedb.com
when "Linux64 Games" filter is on?
P.S. Other 32 bit Linux games are there.
On 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04 sound was not working. Removing "lib" folder in game directory (~/.desura/games/cold-war - for Desurium) helped. Everything now works fine.
64 bit Linux version do not download for me either. Unigine Corp please post any statement about this bug.

My answer was to quick. Still during the game download I got MCF download error and I am unable to install the game through Desura.
OK. I have solve this one. I am using Desurium. Removing folder ~/.desura/games/15264 and then trying to reinstall the game helped.
Same issue here. I even tried to uninstall OilRush and install it again. Now I am unable even to download game.
Same error here.
Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit.
It appears after last update.
To run it on Ubuntu 12.04 I needed to do following:
sudo apt-get install libglewmx1.5 libphysfs1 libminiupnpc8
ln -s /usr/lib/libminiupnpc.so.8 /usr/lib/libminiupnpc.so.5
Wow.
I can't believe that game with such a great concept and realization is only for 3 Europe. I will buy it soon and I hope that it will be developed at fast rate.
Best regards
