This version uses the autoupdater to install the game. Please run the exe for it to install the full game. When it starts choose 'Install Base Game' to install version 1.009 on to your hard drive. All future releases will use this version as the basic installation.
After installation, click on 'Install Patches From Web' to update to version 1.010
***** Required packages, all require only one single installation
Click HERE to download the new 2010 DLL pack, the usual error is a side-by-side configuration error popup when starting the autoupdater
Click HERE to go to the DirectX download page, you will only need this if your DX installation is older than February 2010
Click HERE to go to the OpenAL download page, get the 'oalinst' file and run it if you don't have OpenAL installed, many games already install this such as the Fallout series
** Please give your feedback on this version, installation problems, etc...
** This version requires the February 2010 DirectX redistributable or later
** This version requires OpenAL for audio playback
On Vista and Windows 7 system, do not install into 'Program File (x86)' folder due to issues with UAC permissions.
