Where can I find the latest version of GzDoom? I'm only managing to find 1.8.2 but the PDF says it needs to be 2.0 or higher.

This is going to sound really silly and noobish, but how do I get crosshairs and all of that fun stuff like in every video I see for Brutal Doom, as well as the vertical aiming axis?
