how do i get the 3.8.1 version all i find is the 4.1 and the "english version" but i cant get the actual 3.8.1 mod

Hey i was wondering how do i install the mod after i download the 1.8 GB file?
nvm i got it to work but how do i fix all of the missing stuff? is that due to the translation from chinese to english
you can take the lotr.str from the rj mod and put it in the data folder of the mod, it will traduce a lot of the missing parts.
