Windows manager Brian Hall from Microsoft was probably a slip of the tongue when he said in an interview with the Verge Cast your program said that the next Xbox will get Windows 8 support.
The same is expected to some extent also in the Xbox 360 when Microsoft first launched Windows 8 is in October. But should we interpret the statement right there is a more complete coordination between the PC, phone, and the Xbox that is the future for the next generation.
They have had Hotmail and run for about 16 years and they have, of course, Exchange and Outlook, which people use at work. They decided it was time to do something new and take the best from each of them and drop them together in time for the new wave of products we do with Windows 8, the new version of Office, the new Windows phone and the new Xbox, Hall says in the interview.
There is absolutely no sensation that Microsoft's big focus will be taken to the next generation, but it is the first time they hear the talk about Microsoft Xbox 720 Unfortunately, not slipped the finished model name out of the Hall in the process, so they continue with the Xbox 720 and Durango a little longer.
