I hate it when we can't play games in full screen on our PCs. Anyway, what we have here is a very simple little flash/phone game that's presented very well indeed. I don't really understand one thing though: I seem to have infinite lives until one point and then I only have 1? I think.
This small game won't divert you for more than a try or two.
Can't believe that I'm playing Asteroids again, 30 years after I first played it. It even has the same graphics. The game is irritating though: an uncontrollable ship with an unreliable gun. Admittedly these things can be upgraded but I honestly don't need to play the same game I played 3 decades ago, especially with the same graphics.
Nice enough Missile Defence game (with a twist) and with enough new things to keep you occupied for a while.
I'm sorry but it's very obvious that the other 'reviews' are obviously by the game's developers (all '10s' and all on either Dec the 18th or Nov 12th, and all by people with no other reviews).
On to the game: It's Tetris with a few twists. Well I played Tetris 25 years ago and I don't need to play it again unless the twists are marvelous, which they aren't.
It's just another slightly boring clone where you are matching oblongs to other oblongs or squares (that's right, no other shapes, so it's actually more simplistic than Tetris was) ... and that's it. A few pointless elements and one or two other slightly interesting thing, but all wrapped up in a game that most played 25 years ago.
The only thing I don't like about this game is that, for some reason, it doesn't play any music on my PC (but I seem to be alone in this problem). Apart from that it has tons of levels, naughty humour and lots of playability.
Far, far too much reading between each short and rather similar battle. I suppose you could just skip the story? After all it's silly and annoying.
I'm not sure that this even counts as a video game? Maybe a little flash game for a phone? It's also the most simplistic yet annoying thing I have played of late.
Irritating combat and awkward controls.
Interesting game with an interesting mechanic nice puzzles. Kind of sedate and ambling though.
