Haha really? Dr. 9's main inspirations come from Dr. Wiley, Dr. Nefarious, Dr. Robotnik, Batman (YES BATMAN is my inspiration for this super rich bad guy lol) and even a little cocky Iron Man in the mix.
The main things to know about Dr. 9 are he's super methodical and quick thinking, super selfish and power hungry, and has an endless supply of both money and robots.

Nice work, now does the frame rate stay solid with a lot of dynamic lights or does it get pretty choppy? With Unreal Engine I have to use precomputed shadows or my framerate takes serious a dive. This is looking really good so far!
