I am a fan of your mods in general, I have to say I tried it and...
Its Brutal Blood get it, but would be nice if there was a ""toned down" version content vise as well, maybe a poll with which features to filter out
Since i played through G2 NotR with your texture pack gotta say nice job
The only textures that stood out as bad were master paladins red-tinted plate armors (the regular paladin armors actually look very good) and maybe the circle of water armor replacement (that shadow armor model is a bit clown-y)
Been following the mod for a year or two, and i gotta say, really wish it was smaller in scale...
Gothic really has an amazing community, but so far i've yet to see a combat mod that this mod attempted to pull off.
Not to mention Combat is the one thing that stops many new players from getting into the game. IMO gothic is a legendary game not because of it's combat, but despite it.
For the other things the mod attempts, there is already alot of user content out there for it (maybe this mode can even contribute to another project):
-texture packs - already improve upon lots of things (vurt's, riis)
-quests :
plenty of quest addons (L'hiver, Returning 2.0, natures fury)
plenty of user quest campaigns out there
(golden gate, velaya, velen 2.0,)
as well as a gothic 2 prequel and sequel story
(History of Khorinis, chronicles of myrtana)
So imo finishing the mod as a combat mod was the way to go, especially if it could be used to work on another mod/story
edit: not the ideal place to ask, but if someone knows of some sort of list for the best gothic 2 campaign mod or something similar, point me there, as i didnt really get any google searches

the only complaint I have is very small text font size
cannot be changed with in game menus, even changing the resolution doesnt do much
It's just a side effect of starting off as a ruler or lord
Your player culture gets tied to your faction
Works fine if you start the game as an adventurer
id like to know as well, since everything i capture joins no faction
are these fixes overlaping with the fixes by gmdx v10 ?

like it, could the factions also get generic faction companions for appropriate ranks, like in RAK's overhaul (like that one but not finished and goes beyond basics)

hunters for a military unit? how about (something archers)
and instead using dismounted for the dismounted version of the units, why not use calvary for mounted
